We regret to inform you that we will not be shipping any international packages effective 9/21/2020.

We are sorry for the inconvenience, but with the mail delays, staff shortages, wildfires, riots, COVID19 and other events outside our control it has become burdensome to our staff to mail out packages that are either being held in customs, returned or never delivered after we ship out packages and provide tracking numbers. It is very time consuming to do the research to find out what happened to your packages and many times we do not receive satisfactory answers from the companies we ship from. This results in our customers being frustrated, which we do not want to be part of. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and want to continue to provide that service.

We hope to be able to resume shipping internationally without delays in the Spring of 2021, look out for notices for future ship dates.
